Are your candles made from natural wax?

Yes. All of our candles are made with natural soy wax and essential oils for a clean, fragrance-forward burn. We never use paraffin wax or synthetic fragrances or additives.

What kind of payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, Venmo, Meta Pay & PayPal.

What are your shipping rates?

All orders shipped within the United States are shipped via FedEx standard shipping. Orders placed within the contiguous U.S. typically ship out within 1-3 days and arrive within 3-5 business days. Orders shipped to Hawaii or Alaska may take longer.

What is your return/exchange policy? 

Our return policy covers defective or damaged items only, as personal fragrance preferences are subjective and cannot be accepted as a reason for return. Each candle is unique and slight variations are to be expected as it is part of the artisanal charm of a handcrafted product. If your product arrives defective or damaged, we are happy to exchange it for a new one. Please reach out to us at concierge@olivesandelephants.com to inform us about the issue within 48 of arrival.

How long does it take to get my order processed? 

Orders typically ship out within 1-3 business days after they have been placed. Please note that orders are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or major US National Holidays. You will receive an email containing tracking information once your order has been shipped. If you don't receive this information please contact us at concierge@olivesandelephants.com. We are unable to ship orders in extreme hot or cold temperatures, as it may damage our handcrafted products. Should any extreme weather conditions occur that may affect your shipment, we will notify you by phone or email.
